A few tips and techniques can help you achieve the kind of mindfulness that will allow you to remain focused on the task at hand.
Understanding The Mindful Meditation Scripts
A Mindful Meditation Script is a simple script that you can use to train your mind into a state of relaxation. It contains a sequence of phrases and words. They are designed to create an awareness of breath, space, and time. The sequence may include: Breathing slowly and deeply – The name of the phrase is: I Am Breathing Deeply”. As you complete each repetition, speak out loud a short phrase or word.
The word or phrase should be easy to hear but meaningful to you. When you start to feel tired or sleepy, the phrase, “I am tired”, might help you to drift off to sleep.
Breath slowly and deeply
The next word or phrase is: Space”. Breathe deeply and feel the air flow in and out your nostrils. The word, “Deeply” can also be used if you have trouble inhaling and exhaling.
The next word or phrase is: Time “- You will find that when you breathe deeply and use the words, Space”, Breathing deeply is easier than breathing quickly. Do not worry about the time you take to exhale. Simply exhale and then repeat the phrase, “I am Breathing Deeply”.
Once you begin to use the words, “I am”, you will find it helpful to read from the beginning to the end of the Mindful Meditation Script. After you complete it, you should repeat it several times. If it doesn’t sound right, change the words or phrases.
Once you have mastered the first paragraph of the Mindful Meditation Script, try the next one. until you master them all. After you have completed it, you will find that you are able to practice the script without difficulty. every day and experience greater peace of mind.
You can add more scripts as needed. The scripts can be as short or as long as you choose. You will find that your mind is more relaxed and at ease.
